How long will it take to be delivered?

The jewellery is made to order and can take up to 14 days to ship. Shipping time will depend on your location and can take between 1 and 7 days. A shipping time estimate will be given to you upon checkout. Please not that due to the Covid19, we cannot guarantee these times.

Can I track my delivery, and will I need to sign for it?

When your order is shipped you will receive and email confirmation with tracking number. We use a DHL service and you will need to sign for delivery.

Do you offer next day delivery?

As the jewellery is made to order we cannot offer next day shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards are accepted, as well as Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Shopify is a secure payment platform.

Can you send me an invoice with VAT for my purchase?

An invoice will be included with your shipment.

Can I get a discount?

We do not provide further discounts than you see on the store.

Can you make me a custom product? / Can I change the design of this product?

For orders over 250, we can custom print you logo on the presentation boxes. You logo will need to fit the size requirements. We do not offer any other customisation.
